About the Role

Join DeBox's core team to build a full-funnel Web3 user lifecycle operations system powered by "Social + Finance", and help create a globally leading Web3 social finance ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• 1. Own full-lifecycle growth strategy from acquisition, activation, retention to conversion; be responsible for key metrics such as DAU, on-chain interaction frequency, and community activity.
• 2. Operate Web3 vertical communities and plan signature events such as airdrops, DAO collaborations, and AMAs to boost user stickiness and ecosystem influence.
• 3. Work closely with Product and Engineering to drive iterations; leverage user feedback and on-chain data to improve the product.
• 4. Build a "on-chain + off-chain" data system to analyze operational performance and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
• 5. Track industry trends and competitors, and craft differentiated operational plans based on DeBox's strengths.

Requirements

• 1. 1-2 years of product operations experience; Web3/SocialFi/DeFi experience is a plus.
• 2. Familiar with core Web3 concepts such as NFTs and DAOs; hands-on experience in community operations and airdrop event planning.
• 3. Data-driven with the ability to extract insights using tools such as Excel and Dune.
• 4. Strong cross-functional communication and execution; excellent writing skills and an understanding of Web3 user communication style.
• 5. Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment; strong English (listening/speaking/reading/writing) is preferred.

• 1. Define strategy and roadmap for futures (perpetuals/deliverables) and prediction markets; own key metrics such as trading volume, user activity, and retention.
• 2. Design core mechanisms (leverage, margin, odds model, incentives) and user flows, balancing professional depth with best-in-class UX.
• 3. Build a product risk control framework to mitigate market, technical, and operational risks.
• 4. Track competitors and regulatory trends, and drive data-informed iteration and optimization.
• 5. Drive cross-functional execution and global go-to-market readiness, aligning with compliance and operational requirements across regions.

Requirements

• 1. 3+ years of product experience in Web3 derivatives and/or fintech.
• 2. Strong mastery of futures and prediction market fundamentals, with mechanism design and quantitative analysis ability.
• 3. Familiar with blockchain technology; able to communicate efficiently with smart contract engineers and independently deliver PRDs and prototypes.
• 4. Excellent cross-team leadership; fast decision-making, high execution, and strong resilience under pressure.
• 5. Strong interest in SocialFi + DeFi; English proficiency to collaborate with global partners is a plus.
